mmmm Bunny cake.
After lunch it was back outside for some F 150 off road action.
Luke decided to use the bean bag toss for jump ramp.
Luke takes a closer look and Grady offers his assistance. The F 150's top speed isn't quite high enough to get the proper lift needed to get it done.
Luke went it to ask for assistance. Meanwhile Grady did his best to free the truck.
After the boys were reminded that bean bag ramps were not for jumping trucks, Luke asked if he could take Audra for a ride.
Before we agreed, we made sure she was properly protected with blankets. We also gave Luke very specific rules to follow. #1 Only drive in slow gear. #2 Stay on the level area and don't go down the hill. #3 Be careful and watch where you are going.
Luke was very excited to have someone to drive around. Grady refuses to ride in the truck when Luke is around. When we asked him what the rules were he responded, "no running into people and no getting out of the car while I am driving it" not exactly what I said, but it was a start.
About 2 minutes into driving around the back yard, Luke did this.
I look forward to the day when they are both in HS and I can show them this picture.
Audra never cried and seemed to enjoy her ride. Luke was all smiles.
Happy Easter from the Lobenstein and Marx families.
