A Weekend Full of Luke

Having persons to care for your kids when you have plans or simply need a break is wonderful. We are so fortunate the kids have two sets of Grandparents and Aunts and Uncles to help us out from time to time. Thanks to each of them for their continuing assistance and support.

Saturday we made our almost annual trek to the St. Patrick's Day Parade on the Capitol Square in Madison. We met up with Michelle, Rick, Luke and the kids downtown. They spent the night on Friday at their house.
The weather made for lots of candy hungry kids and beer craving adults.
Luke is ready to load up. He got some back up support from Ryan's Cousin Chloe and her friend.
Audra looking mischievous.
Grady taking a break from candy collecting.
Aunt Colleen (Ryan's Aunt) hung out with us.
So did Uncle Trevor and Aunt Ashley (Happy Birthday a Day Early)
Irish Fire Truck
Relaxing after the parade.
Luke returned the favor and stayed with us Saturday night. The kids did a good job together with minimal fighting.
Audra is a big fan of watching her Lukey.
Thanks for visiting us and see you again soon!

Switch Hitting
Grady is doing a good job of taking turns with his sister.
Sometimes he will get board waiting and turns to kicking the soccer ball.
This usually bores him more and he does this.
Grady points out a bug on the slide to Audra. She isn't a big fan of bugs.
Wagon Rides are another staple of our outdoor activities.
Faster! Faster!
Come on this isn't a two seater!
